Confidence Coaching is a relationship in which we will work together to help you transform your confidence and how you see yourself. It’s a type of personal development support that is more focused on how you see and feel about yourself. We start from within and work our way out.

Whats Included in the Coaching Program?

All coaching clients who work with Siobhan receive customized coaching and support. Individual coaching sessions are done via video, either WhatsApp or Skype, and are 50-minutes in length. You will receive a customized email after the session with your action steps and reflections. This will help you stay accountable in moving forward on whatever your goals are. Depending upon the personalized coaching program you choose, you can receive email and text support for in between your coaching sessions.

Before beginning your coaching relationship, you and Siobhan will discuss your exact goals, your challenges, roadblocks and your lifestyle so that you can get everything you need out of your coaching.


 
Individual Session Coaching
 

The Individual ‘Quick Fix’ allows you to do a drop-in coaching session without any further commitment than just the one session. Generally, I need longer than that to really understand you and help you achieve your goals, however, if you do want just one session, I will do what I can to help in such a limited time.

In the one-off session we can transform an area of your life where you are currently feeling stuck, unhappy or overwhelmed.

The Quick Boost Session Includes:

  • 50-Minute Sessions via WhatsApp or Skype

  • Resources and Recommendations

In the Quick Boost Session we can cover one of the following areas:

  • Breaking the cycle of self-criticism

  • Nurturing and reprogramming your self-worth and how you see yourself

  • Creating better routines and happiness habits for yourself

  • Reprogramming your thoughts from being limiting to being empowering

Monthly Go-Getter Program
 

My Monthly ‘Go-Getter’ Program option is a short-term coaching commitment designed for someone with one or two specific goals. This option is for you if you have already identified some roadblocks behind the things that are holding you back from living your best life. Often people who choose this program are looking to get unstuck, improve their time management habits, overcome procrastination, or manage and reduce stress. In this program you will have time to work through starting to tame your inner critic and how start taking action more consistently.

This program includes:

  • 4 x 50-minute sessions via WhatsApp or Skype

  • Unlimited email support between sessions

  • Tailored Action Plan

  • Accountability Strategy

  • Resources and Recommendations

In this Go-Getter Program, we can cover:

  • Taming the inner critic

  • Quitting patterns around perfectionism

  • Releasing limiting beliefs

  • Action strategies for manifesting your goals into reality

  • Breaking the habit of self-sabotage
